Getting ready for Christmas. We took the kids to the air museum which was so much fun! We then spent all of Christmas eve day cooking and baking for the dinner we were having at El's parents house. It was so much fun! We visited, ate great food, laughed and exchanged presents. It was so much fun and such a perfect Christmas eve! We then came home and set out cookies and milk for Santa and then sprinkled the reindeer food out front. Natalie loved that part so much! The kids went down so excited for the morning and "Santa" and grandma went to work with last minute present prep and setting up. We did more sledding, lots of cookie eating and of course ginger bread house eating! Christmas stories and Christmas movies. We had an amazing Christmas morning! I made everyone Sweet Hawaiian french toast which was a complete hit! We talked to family back in Canada and just enjoyed a very peaceful christmas morning, while the kids all played with their new toys. We tried to take a little walk outside so Natalie could use her brand new doll stroller, but it was so cold, we only lasted about 5 minutes haha. We spent the next couple of days playing with toys, going to the Great Salt Lake and its visitor center, and the Planetarium with the kids. It was a great last day with the family before they headed home. Awesome Christmas. I am sad to have it over, but I am looking forward to January and new start! I think January is one of my favourite months cause everything about it seems so fresh and clean and new!
