Labor Day Weekend cont'd

On Saturday we went for a long drive in a nice air conditioned car.  We were going to go to the Zoo but it was so hot for the kids, so we opted to go to Phohoa instead which was very good.  The boys went down for their nap I took Nells to Liberty Park to play and get we in the splash park since it was so nice out.  She LOVED it!!!

Labor Day Weekend

Its Labor Day Weekend, the end of the week and the end of the month.  I can't believe how fast summer has gone by. But it was such a fun summer Oh my gosh!  But really here in Salt lake it still feels like summer and probably will till the end of September and part way through October.  So we still have summer here.  Plus I don't think summer technically ends anyways until the middle of september anyways.   But here is this last week here in Salt Lake.

So this week we have had sick kids.  the boys are teething and have fevers all day and all night.  One night Spencer will be up until 1 and the other night Laddy will be up until 1 and Natalie is feeling so crumby she can't breath so she is up till about 1 too.  Stuffy noses and coughs are never fun especially in summer.  But we have had a great week though.  We went swimming with Ray and the kids on Wednesday and baby sat the kids yesterday night while Fot, Ray and Enoch went to the Utes football game, to honor Fots cousin who passed away in a car accident before he could play for the U.  Sad, but it was a fun night!   Today we played outside a bit (its so hot though) so we reverted to painting inside:)

Fun weekend in Logan the Daniel, McKenna and the kids

We went up to Logan this weekend to visit Daniel and the family and let the kids play with their cousins.  We had so much fun!  Aquatic center on Saturday and then a BBQ and fun family time with them on Sunday (today) The kids loved it!  Natalie and Elsie had so much fun playing with each other and had a sleep over (granted I was also sleeping with Natalie) but it was really fun!  Love them so much!  It was really fun to see Logan again...got to admit, I kind of miss it.  But I also love salt lake :)
