The second week of july feels like our sick week in June!  Ben first got sick with the flu, and spent a day and a half with an upset stomach, then Natalie got sick with a fever and a cough, then Laddy got super sick with a stupid crapy cold and got an infection in his nose and to top it all off, I got sick with a cold and another blasted sore throat, Ben got Laddys cold and all of us excluding Natalie have the stomach flu!  SERIOUSLY!!!??? in JULY???!!!!  heres to hoping we get better super fast for the thirst week of July!  And again, how in the heck is it already the third week of July?!  Oh man time is going by way to fast as is my summer!

Natalie dentist appointment for her grey tooth.  She bonked it on a table and it turned grey!  But the dentist seemed to think it was okay and not infected.  So we will watch it closely but again no cavities for this little one

I am becoming obsessed with a raw plant based diet!  My breakfast this morning was a purple coconut smoothie bowl.  Mango, papaya, blueberries and guava with granola organic coconut oil and fresh berries on top

Reading group today at the library.  Pirate themed!

She was so excited to walk the 'plank'!

Natalie was having a tea party with her smoothie tonight.  I love that when she wants a snack, she either asks for fruit or a smoothie.  I love teaching my kids good eating habits!

Pretneding she was teaching an art class beside me as I was updating the blog before bedtime.  I love her so much and I love how creative and art loving she is.

singing and painting, I think it was a great combination!
